Who is Yusef Amir? He is a gangster, rival to Gay Tony and one of the new characters to Liberty City. Rockstar is about to drop their latest DLC: The Ballad of Gay Tony and Yusef Amir is a character who you will have run-ins with through out the game.
The Ballad of Gay Tony will becoming to the Xbox 360 on October 29th. If you do not already own Grand Theft Auto IV then this is a perfect deal for you! You can get the orginal game GTA IV and both DLC episodes (The Lost And The Damned, The Ballad of Gay Tony) all on one disk. So mark your calendars and get ready to hit the streets of Liberty City one more time.
